Has this happened to you? Worked all day, looking forward to working off your stress, then drive to the gym, and when you get there you noticed you forgot your SHOES. “Rookie mistake.” This is what I tell people.

Put at least one pair of shoes in your trunk, as well as socks. I tell people this all the time. You never know when you decide to go to the gym when you didn’t initially plan on. Preparation 101 to the gym. Have shoes you can train in. You can always have a gym bag in your car as well, which has all the clothes you can change into.
