About Dynamic Grit Fitness
Dynamic Grit Fitness is a private gym studio that was established in February 2015. Its purpose is to provide a carefully thought out training program for people who want to be healthy and get into a great functional training and strength program. Overall, our programs are designed for weight loss, toning, and building lean muscle. Join us and learn how to be healthy and strong. We believe in the 5 pillars of fitness: strength training, cardiovascular endurance, core strengthening, balance, and flexibility. By incorporating these components into our exercise program, we can provide long-lasting results.
Dynamic Grit Fitness functional training techniques are organized in the most logical sequence to benefit our client’s needs in a fun and cooperative training environment. Our mission is to conduct our small group training classes and personal training gym sessions with the utmost concern for safety and client growth. Also, this will ensure to optimize learning to suit an individual’s strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, we expect clients to treat each other respectfully. Overall we do not only teach clients how to exercise properly but also teach our clients how to live healthy lives. It is important to understand the relationship between nutrition and physical performance, and we will discuss nutrition with you as you progress. Most of all, it is important to be healthy at all times.
Meet the Gym Owners
Owners, Mars and Kei, met in a commercial gym in 2011. Uniquely, the two found mutual respect through training at a high volume respectively. In short, our approach to training is to build a solid foundation, starting out with proper posture and a stable core. Most of all, proper exercise execution and correcting muscle imbalances are key to building a great foundation for your body. Altogether, with our combined experience and attention to detail, we can help correct years of bad habits and long-lasting results.
